“I’ve been a runner most of my adult life, but being in LAUGH gives me a true sense of community that I’ve been missing. I proudly train in my LAUGH shirt and love hearing ‘You Are More’ being called out when I’m out for a run. The ladies in this group are simply amazing and I’m proud to be a part of this community.”

“LAUGH has been an amazing way for me to get out and move my body each summer for the last 6 years! Last year I was unable to walk/run so I walked with my mom and it was awesome! It gave us time to spend together and chat for 30 minutes! This year I wanted to get out of the house since my son can’t go anywhere because of his recent liver transplant, so LAUGH has been one of the few things I look forward to every week to spend some time exercising and chatting with other amazing women! LAUGH has encouraged me and cared for me over the last few years. I have made some awesome new friends and connected with old friends! LAUGH has motivated me to train for a half marathon this fall that I am running for my son, he is the reason why I want to be healthy and fit! God has truly blessed my family in so many ways and LAUGH has been a blessing to my life!”

“What’s my favorite thing about LAUGH? That’s a hard question to answer because there is so much to like about LAUGH! The smiles, the hugs, the laughing and the crying. The cool shirts, the sharing from another woman’s heart. But I think the best part of LAUGH is the women. They don’t just talk about loving and encouraging other women, they live it! No matter your pace, where you’ve been or where you are in life, all are welcome and you will not leave without being encouraged and lived. An amazing group of women and I love being a part of LAUGH!”

“My favorite thing about LAUGH is that I run into other LAUGH women no mater where I go. I was lost out in the country the other weekend without my cell. I stopped at the house and who should open the door? A fellow LAUGH lady.”
